3. Cardinal Point

The latest bar to open at multi-concept venue Forty Five at Landmark boasts a wraparound rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour. Table bookings and drink packages start at HK$6,500, which covers champagne and other drinks for up to six guests.

Cardinal Point’s “Front Row Seat” package costs HK$50,000 and accommodates up to 30 guests; the price includes 12 bottles of Dom Pérignon champagne and a three-litre bottle of Belvedere Vodka.

4. Hutong

Hutong, also newly relocated to H Zentre, will offer a six-course Northern Chinese meal complemented by panoramic views of Victoria Harbour. For HK$1,888, expect fiery dishes such as Sichuan-style lobster – wok-tossed with chilli, black beans and dried garlic – along with Australia M9 Wagyu rib eye.

5. Ink Seafood Bar

Ink Seafood Bar, at the Hong Kong Museum of Art, offers alfresco dining mere steps away from the Avenue of Stars. An Ink Fireworks Party package – at HK$680 per person – will be available on October 1 from 6.45pm. The package will include two drinks, two snacks and tunes courtesy of DJ Beto.

Guests can choose from snacks including sweetcorn fritters, prawn toasties, gua bao (pork belly buns) and duck spring rolls. Upgrade to the champagne package – HK$3,600 per table for up to four guests – to enjoy Gosset Cuvée Extra-Brut, drinks and more snack selections.

6. Kaboom

Southeast Asian-inspired rooftop restaurant and bar Kaboom has launched a new menu with items such as chilli crab cups and cereal butter prawn – that is, tiger prawns coated in cereal, curry leaves and lemongrass.

The restaurant, on Peking Road, has a minimum spend of HK$350 per person for guests wishing to watch the National Day fireworks.

7. Kaen

This teppanyaki restaurant, on the 45th floor of Gloucester Tower in Landmark, Central, is serving up a National Day menu for HK$2,388 per person. It includes dishes such as grilled eel and matsutake claypot rice, kinki fish with nori sauce, surf clam in soy butter and wagyu beef from Kumamoto prefecture, Japan.

Guests will also have access to a special firework viewing area at Sky Terrace in Cardinal Point.
