Pure 20th Anniversary Vibe Programme
In celebration of Pure’s 20th anniversary, the yoga and fitness chain is offering a new “Vibe Programme” of mood-based yoga and group fitness classes. Said to help participants elevate their emotional awareness, the classes are categorised into five vibe-based themes: blissed, blue, bothered, bold and balanced.
Each category includes a number of fitness and yoga classes – if you are looking to release some intense emotions, try the martial arts-inspired “bodycombat”; to stay balanced and grounded, go for yin practices and gentle flows.
